Cascade Brewery - located in the suburbs of Hobart. Experience how beer is made before sampling a few of the delights in person, making sure you share it with your favourite Polar Bear!!!. Paddy also enjoyed meeting the resident Tasmanian tigers.

Russell Falls - a quick walk before breakfast to see these beautiful falls which are found in Mount Field National Park.

Lake St Clair - a perfect backdrop for lunch.

Henty Dunes - an evening trek across the sand dunes to the sea.

Cradle Mountain - another spectacular view. Opted for the 8km walk around Dove Lake.

Sheffield - the town of murals. Some locals decided to paint the sides of buildings in the town to make a tourist attraction. This one features a tasmanian tiger and a tasmanian devil.

Bicheno - time to meet the little fairy penguins. The smallest penguins in the world. Each evening after sunset they waddle up the dunes and back to their nests.

Wildlife Park - cute joey hiding in mummys pouch, and time to cuddle a wombat.

Mount Amos - a difficult climb up some impressive rocks all in aid of a spectacular view of Wineglass Bay at Freycinet National Park. After a taxing climb it was time to chill out with a ice-cream which Paddy decided to wanted to help eat.

Port Arthur - an old penal colony which is now set up to wander around the old buildings. It is believed to be very haunted, and the nightly ghost tours are very popular and created a few screams amongst the people taking part!

Abel Tasman - discovered Tasmania. It was originally known as "van Diemans Land"

Australias Cadbury Factory - had to be visited for a look around.
